1) Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).
2) Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3) Shipping method & delivery time
We ship with DHL or DPD (depending on destination and availability).
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 6–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or local circumstances.
4) Shipping costs
Shipping is free of charge for deliveries within the DACH region.
5) Express shipping
We currently do not offer express shipping.
6) Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
7) Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, items may be shipped separately (e.g., due to logistics). Where applicable, you will receive separate shipping confirmations.
8) Returns & return shipping costs
If you return an order, please note: return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise in your specific case.
9) Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may need to arrange reshipment.
